Here is the link to see Amelia Obertelli-Moriarty’s presentation from SGRA Public Meeting on 23 July 2024. Many congratulations to those who received awards of which there were 112 ‘delightful’, 25 ‘outstanding’ and 12 tree base awards.
From the 25 outstanding award winners, each judge chose their top three gardens. As a result, runner-up prizes were handed out to Kez at 16 Lavenham Road and Jonathan & Nicola at 154 Clonmore Street. Hayley at 118 Elborough Street was the overall winner.
Hayley, Jonathan & Nicola and Kez were presented with their prizes (garden centre vouchers) by the Rev. Ian Tattum, at the SGRA Public Meeting on 23 July.
Finally, all the Grid gardeners were acknowledged for making the judges’ work so enjoyable. All the judges enjoyed seeing peoples’ front gardens and planted tree bases so please keep gardening – we hope to see you again next year.
